The staff is extremely rude and I had a very bad experience with room cleaning. I will not come here again even by mistake

Worse experience over all . Don’t accept card payment and every single order even tea you have to pay the cash and they don’t have change of 5000 or 500 . Rude staff runs by local 5th class bunkers without uniform . No hot water in October. Parking is unsafe . Food takes 2 hours even if they say your order will serve in 25 minutes . ———-A worse hotel in sahiwal . Charged me 12500 for one night . Over charge . My driver came to drop the luggage to me but extra charged me . Even half n hour driver stay 😆 total pathetic unprofessional and greedy

IRIS is a basic but acceptable hotel in Sahiwal. The room was spacious, though overall maintenance was poor and needs improvement. Amenities included toiletries, Wi-Fi, TV, and minibar, but there was no safe, iron, tea/coffee setup, gym, or pool — so don’t go with high expectations. Service was acceptable, and the air-conditioning worked well, which made the stay comfortable. Breakfast, however, was very basic with limited options. The dining service also lacked attention to detail — the server seemed inexperienced, and there were no napkins, tissues, or cutlery on the table. Overall, a manageable option for a short stay, but nothing beyond the basics.
