Speaker on my husband’s phone was so low you couldn’t hear much of anything, took phone in he said it needed a speaker, said come back in about an hour. Left the phone went back & it sounded like new for under $100, he did a great job. Would highly recommend. Thank you

I paid $309 for them to replace my boyfriends phone screen, they replaced it very fast and we were so happy at first until he got out to our car and his fingerprint scanner doesn't work and it says to contact Google to have it repaired. I went in to talk to someone and he went to his computer, looked at his screen for 5 minutes and then told me he could fix it for an extra fee. I told him that he either needed to fix it or to refund it to me. He said he would refund it but he would need to take a fee out of it. I agreed to it but then he told me that he was going to put the old broken screen back on. I told him nevermind and left. My boyfriend came back in the store and was a little rude because he was extremely upset. I have since figured out that he did not put the proper screen on and it's just a display with no finger print sensor. I will be emailing the BBB to let them know that this is an unreliable business because they compromised the security of his phone. Update: I have since found out that the wrong screen was put on there and because of that the warranty was voided. We're going to have to pay around the same amount to have it redone

I came here to get my phone fixed (iPhone 15) he said that they get good reviews and they always have good responses when i asked him these questions he told me to come back 45 mins later i come back he (takes the battery out) which i didn't ask him then he proceeds to take off the back of my phone and give me some type of junky back with no apple logo so now i cant even sell the phone anymore cause there is no logo for authentication im taking away two stars for taking off pieces i didn’t ask him to and 1 more for giving me false answers to questions i asked before getting my phone repaired and if possible i would like the back of my phone back and a refund and i will change the amount of stars i give this plus he didn’t fix the back if anything he made it worse now the back lifting up

I brought an iPhone 12 Pro in for a battery replacement. They quoted me $130, Apple is $90. Okay no problem, I’ll pay extra for the convenience and we had done good business previously. Told them take their time, no rush. I picked it up 5 days later, payed and went home. Started taking pictures to list it for sale and there was a message saying the battery is not verified. Apple support said it was not a genuine apple battery. I brought it back to them and they refused to make it right. I told him I would get it fixed down the road correctly and bring his battery back and he could just refund me. He refused. I went to ubreakifix which charged me the same amount but use genuine apple parts and there was no message. I give 2 stars for quality and speed of the work, they did good. I take 3 stars away for price ($40 more than Apple), did not tell me they would use aftermarket parts and cause the phone not to verify the battery repair and for not being able to come to an agreement when I brought this to their attention. Update: Their response is a joke, I was there to have it “rectified” before I wrote this review.
