We were so impressed with the fast response when our hot water heater suddenly failed. Our local neighborhood Facebook group is always full of positive comments about them, so we felt confident calling — and they absolutely lived up to the hype. Even though we weren’t planning for a plumbing emergency, they were quick, kind, and incredibly understanding from the very first call. Our old water heater started leaking around 2 PM, and when I contacted their office, they let me know a team was already nearby finishing another job. By 2:45 PM, they were at our house assessing the situation. Gerardo and his team reassured us they wouldn’t leave until we had hot water again that night — and they meant it. They worked nonstop until 7:25 PM to get everything replaced and running. That level of dedication meant so much to us. Gerardo was polite, patient, and very thorough. He explained the process clearly and even went over details more than once so my husband felt comfortable and informed. They also offered third-party financing options, which made the unexpected expense a lot less stressful. We’re truly grateful for their professionalism and care. Highly recommend!

Rigo has been my plumber for over eight years. I have appreciated his honesty and workmanship. He has replaced almost all plumbing needs in my home to include a new expansion tank. New hose bibs new garbage disposal, Replaced all hot and cold water valves to bring my home up to code and during a plumbing emergency reconstructed the plumbing for a shower project. We knew who to call immediately when we had an unexpected leak! In & Out Plumbing did a great job for us last year. We were blessed to have Ivan & Junior to do the job. We have an old house, actually it was built about the same year we were born so there are always the unexpected problems and we appreciate businesses that are fair and "get the job done right". We had a leak under our cottage and with the direction of Ivan and Junior, they suggested that we re-route the plumbing instead of jack hammering the floor. We are so thrilled with the results!
