Very satisfied with this repair company. I have an Ecovacs Deebot N8 Pro+ that was having an issue with the main brush motor. I sent it to ifixrobot in NH (I'm in IL), and I was plesantly surprised with the experience start to finish. First to know, follow directions by the company. I followed them exactly, and they responded exactly as laid out. The timeline was exact, albeit a bit long, but if you read the directions it is all spelled out accurately. The work was immaculately well done. The machine runs perfectly. I will be using this company again, and I highly recommend them. Communication is top-notch-- I received both texts and emails for each step. Nice to know there is a repair company out there that still does work like this. A+

I live on the southern end of Kansas hard to get anybody to do anything found this company on Google did what they said got my machine back works great Will recommend them to my neighbors who have robot vacuums.

After posting how bad I fix robots was on Google, I immediately got calls and messages and we were able to resolve and get parts sent out.
