iFixandRepair - Columbus Whittlesey Blvd Walmart

I went to get my back end of my 14 pro max repaired. Everything in my phone was working when dropped off. When I picked my phone back up my speaker would not work and flash light would not work. I went back into ifixandrepair and the owner told me I would have to pay for the screen to get fixed if they had to lift my screen. When I got my phone back 2 months later my phone would not work unless plugged into the outlet. I went CPR cellphone repair. They then opened up my phone in front of me and immediately smelled battery acid. The battery was so bad it leaked. When the phone was repaired the battery was punctured. The people helped me and told me they were very surprised that the phone has not caught on fire. I cannot believe that ifixandrepair did that. Attached are the photos. Update: the manger never called me back I had to call back a couple days later. And then the manager tried to me it was a faulty battery when there was an obvious puncture to the battery. I can’t believe I am having to pay 500 for a repair when this company messed it up.

Needed a new battery since my phone kept shutting off even on charge. Took it to Graphicom and they told me I was going to have to pay over $400 since it wouldn’t stay on and that the screen will probably crack as well. I then left and took it here and they replaced the battery with no issues less than 30 minutes and WAY cheaper. I didn’t get the guys name but he was super nice and professional. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone for any phone repairs and will go to them from now on!

I had a great experience here. The service was fast and easy, and the technician who fixed my screen was very helpful and quick. If I break any more of my devices, I’ll definitely be coming back!

on jan26 at 530 pm i took my iphone 16 pro max in cause th screen was broke they told me the price at$310 dollars then the screen they put on was labeled wrong he told me that was a 420 dollar screen they miss labeled it so they knocked the priced from 420 to 360 in all cost me 416 dollars got home and the screen was flashing took it back in 15 minutes they changed the screen again was working ok then the next night screen went completely black had to take it somewhere else took get fixed took the screen back to them and was informed th screen was scratched and that would not credit me anything so i asked for the owners info they took my info and said he would reach out and of course he did not. Manjunath Gowda is the owner this is bad business he told me earlier to bring the screen back and i could get credited and of course they found reason to not issue th credit i only had it on my phone for less that 24 hours i do not recommend them at all i have contacted the bbb and others

So glad I was able to get my phone fixed. I put it off until I couldn't even see screen. They did a Awesome job they had Samsung pact and the after market pact. Of course different prices.
