HVAC Bangor Maine by Dirigo Mechanical

Ryan fixed our heat pump and did such a great job. After using two other companies prior to trying Dirigo, I can confidently say I will not use anybody else. The first company I tried could not figure out what was going on. The second company Tried to just tell me I needed a brand new heat pump Or to replace the computer board. (Very expensive) Whereas Ryan figured out the problem and potentially saved me from paying 2300 for a repair with another well known company that would not have even fixed the problem. So grateful!

Jake and Ryan arrived on time and were very efficient. The heat pump looks great and is easy to operate and the outside work was very neat too. 5/5 would recommend to anyone looking.

Dirigo Mechanical great! They were quick to call back and very pleasant on the phone. Ryan and Tim came out and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Very professional and courteous, answered all of my questions. 100% would recommend!

Tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and did the repair that the age of the system warranted — clearly and fairly explaining the "by-the-manual" option and the (much cheaper for me) option he recommended. He patiently answered other questions about my system and what I might expect going forward. Will use them and recommend them for any home maintenance needs!
