Boudreau's Heating

I contacted Boudreu's Heating on or about November 2022. They provided a cleaning and service which was on-time and Zack was great. He recommended that I fix some issues with my HTP combi system and I agreed. In Feb 2023 the parts came in and Zack came back to do the repair. Sadly, the second visit lasted about 8 hours and was not done well, my system leaked natural gas (which meant they had to come back and try to seal the system), the system still sometimes smells slightly like natural gas; furthermore, the seal job looks very subpar. My primary issue is that after the repair, I can no longer put the cover on without my system throwing an error code, this issue seems to indicate there is a leak and the safety system is kicking on to avoid damage. Unfortunately, after repeated contact about this issue, and no response, I just have to assume they are ignoring me and this issue that can only be as a result (intentional or not) by their service to my heater. P.S. I've done zero service to my physical heating appliance, so I know there isn't anything that I've done.

Had an old oil boiler system removed with a new natural gas on demand system installed. Was looking at 4 days for install and they were done in 2.5days. Professional , hard working team. Thanks Boudreau's

Have used them for years, had been great, but sadly, service has steadily declined. Did they even clean my furnace??? If they did, they certainly didn’t do a good job! Found ash that they should have vacuumed, broke a flu pipe and didn’t bother to tell us, supposedly fixed something in April, it’s not working in Nov.?! Said furnace is acting weird! Um, you were here to fix the furnace! $1000 for what?! Not happy or impressed!! Steer clear!

Wouldn't recommend, they don't service what they sell. Spent $12,000 on a new furnace install from them and now they don't service my area. Not responsive to messages, you have to follow up repeatedly to get a call back that they in fact won't service what they install. Instructed me to use Google. Super bummer.
