Aaron does fantastic work! He took his time with his inspection of my home and was thorough and attentive through the whole process. He was patient, thoughtful, and responsive with me, a first-time home buyer who had a ton of questions during and after the inspection. And when I shared Aaron’s inspection report with friends who have more home buying experience than me to get their insights on what repairs to seek from the seller, several of them commented on how extensive and detailed the report was—one even said they wished their home inspector had been half as considerate as Aaron in the scope and focus of his work and report. I’m also thinking about how responsive Aaron was when I first reached out to him. I recall that he was traveling and returned my first call while he was between airports making a connection. He went out of his way to make himself available, which was a huge help because we were working with a fairly tight timeline.
