HORIZON MEDICAL LABORATORY (HML)

Absolutely useless lab. The staff is neither good nor are their behaviors acceptable. Even the medical doctors are inexperienced. I waited for my turn, and everything seemed fine, but when I went inside, they increased my weight. The lab technicians also didn't measure my height correctly. Useless lab, useless staff, and useless results. I suggest that no one should go there. Thank you.

I have read all the bad news before visiting. I was scared. But when i went there, everything was done smoothly. Staff was polite and cooperative. The procedure was quick and smooth. They didn't waste my time, and within 2 hours, I was free. All tests are done. In the next 2 working days, I received an email with a fit report, Alhamdulillah. Highly recommended from my side.

Firstly payment reception lady behaviour was very bad and x-ray man's behavior was very bad with people. Very bad experience with the staff of Horizon medical laboratory.

I had a very disappointing experience at Horizon Medical Laboratory. Their policy of allowing only one person (patient) is extremely frustrating. On top of that, the wait times are unacceptably long, often lasting two to three hours, even in harsh weather conditions. This makes for an uncomfortable and inconvenient visit. I hope they can improve their service to make it more patient-friendly in the future.

They told me that I have an X-ray error and that the X-ray shows a kidney problem. But how can they find a kidney problem through an X-ray? Very disappointed and waste of money
