Scott Hoffman of HHI Computer Guys provides outstanding service at very reasonable cost. He consistently does more than any situation requires and is always pleasant and helpful. If work of a certain type entails more than the normal amount of time and effort -- even much more -- Scott will not charge more than the standard fee. I recommend him without reservation.

We relocated our office and Computer Guys quote for doing the relocation as well as upgrading our network equipment was extremely reasonable. The night of the move everything went seamlessly for the work HHI Computer Guys had done. The service provider had some issues, totally unrelated to HHI Computer Guys, but Scott still came over to sort out the other vendors problems. Scott and his team are great folks. Big or small job, Scott and his team can and will handle it.

Hi I recently had a problem with my computer and took it to the Geek Squad for repair. After charging us almost $300. and numerous trips back to Best Buy it still didn't work properly. It was loaded with viruses. We decided to take our computer with us on our vacation to Hilton Head thinking that we could find someone there to help us. Boy did we luck out. We found HHI Computer Guys. They were amazing. Not only did they fix our computer but they continued to troubleshoot remotely when we returned to Chicago. And refused to invoice us. Scott and his team are great. Very knowledgeable, professional and will figure out how to solve your problem. Its rare that you come across a group like HHI Computer Guys. They are the best. Scott Hoffman took GREAT care of me --- set me up on a new computer , transferred info from my old computer , Did the work in a day !!!! He was great ... The lap top is fine and working. Scott is a pro and recommend him for any lap top issues --- !!!! I continue to use and trust Scott as my GO TO guy for any support / help on my lap top -- since retired he is my IT guy and a good trusted man. Thx for what you do.
