A big thank you to the guys who came to fix m 3 different issues. Foreman Aalon Munn, Chris A, Chris W, Dylan S, Shamus M. The crew I had was awesome. Everything was gone over with me as to what was being done and why. Everyone was , friendly, polite, and knowledgeable about what they were doing. The job sites were cleaned up with all trash removed. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again guys great job.👍👍👍👍👍 for the crew. I had waterproofing, house supports put in both outside and inside.

Josh Eschbach, from the Quad Cities office, was at my home on 1-7-26, to look at my home due to some concerns about the foundation of my home. He was very good at explaining what he was looking for and what he saw. Josh was professional and I appreciated his friendly manner. He answered our questions well .

George gave me a quote and did a great job explaining what I would probably need to be taken care of and took into account My actual needs to ensure we had a clear plan to move forward in the future. Made it clear that there are financing options available to help me take care of this when i'm ready to proceed. Was kind respectful and passed the vibe cheak

I recently had the pleasure of working with the Helitech salesman, Mark. From the very beginning, Mark was friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to. He took the time to carefully assess the issues with my home and provided a clear, honest explanation of what needed to be addressed. What stood out most was his integrity—he recommended only the services that were truly necessary, without trying to upsell or push extras that weren’t needed. That kind of honesty is rare and very much appreciated. Mark made the whole process simple and stress-free, and I left feeling confident that my home is in good hands. If you’re looking for a company that is professional, trustworthy, and puts the customer first, I highly recommend Helitech—and be sure to ask for Mark!
