After 42 years, my HVAC heater finally retired. I initially thought it just needed the pilot relit, but Bradley, the technician, arrived and carefully assessed the unit and my attic noted lack of installation. Bradley partnered with his supervisor Justin to review the findings. Justin explained the cost options upfront with no pressure, their professionalism and knowledge gave me confidence. Scheduling was quick and I was touched when Justin brought me a space heater a thoughtful and genuine gesture. I truly value excellent customer service. So, far H&E has exceeded my expectations.

I needed a new control panel installed after a small fire. The problems were numerous: 1)Tech arrived on the second day without supplies, even though he had a list from the initial assessment the previous day. 2)Tech installed the wrong circuit breakers and didn't install the additional ground wire. He also resisted installing the correct surge protector. 3) Tech refused to label the box even though the contract stipulated that it would be done 4) Job was so messy that the tech had a hard time closing the panel door. (see attached photos) 5) Tech was very young and seemed a bit overwhelmed by the job. I never felt confident he was doing it up to code. 6) Because of this, I had another electric company come check the work. Their electrician found the box disorganized, the ground wire connected improperly, and and incorrect use of Wago connectors. He redid everything, and now it is up to code, neatly organized, and the door closes properly. When I confronted the owner, secretary and technicians at H & E Comfort Services, their common response was they "wanted to be transparent and provide me with a quality product." The did neither, and it was a horrible experience. I would never recommend H & E for work. Stay away!

Great customer service! They responded the same day and even came out that same afternoon to inspect my HVAC system. The technician, Richard, was very friendly and helpful. He recommended that Justin come out to take a closer look at my ductwork, and Justin was equally great—super knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and clearly explained my options. Overall, the experience was quick, professional, and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an HVAC inspection.
