Let me tell you about my Groveport Ace Hardware with a heavy emphasis on their amazing customer service, who is always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The store prides themselves on creating a small-town feel and I really appreciate the personalized attention from each of them. With a willingness to assist me find the right parts and offer advice when I need it. The stores cleanliness and organization makes it so easy to maneuver with everything in it's place. While yes, they can be slightly more expensive than your big box stores, but keep in mind you do get what you pay for. Personally the exceptional customer service I know without a doubt I will receive 24/7, no hassle returns, quality products backed with a real warranty makes up for the price difference.

Drove 30 minutes to the store to pick up a grill part the night before Thanksgiving. Checked the ACE website beforei left, yup it says they close at 8. get there at 6:30, and they're closed. Maybe make sure your hours match the website 😡😡

Great customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable store manager. Staff is also very helpful. They go the extra mile to help their customers.

I absolutely love this Ace Hardware location and its employees! Zach and Todd have been extremely helpful and understanding as we navigate owning our first home. I’ve never had an issue with their customer service or fixing our issues and am grateful for their expertise. We are constantly purchasing from this store and will continue to do so. Shoutout to all of the employees who work there and provide great customer service.
