The first time I had Grant Renne install a pier under my home was 15 years ago. I was pleased with the results then, and so they were my go-to most recently when I decided to have two more piers installed under portions of my house that needed attention. We have a late 1800s Farmhouse that needed an old fieldstone foundation wall replaced and some additional walls piered most recently. When looking for a repair company it was very important to me that the company have experience with old houses, which we found with Grant Renne. I appreciated Mark coming out to give us an estimate and help give me peace of mind on the work to be done from a practical standpoint. Fernando and his team did a great job getting the work done! Overall, everyone we worked with and talked to at Grant Renne provided excellent customer service and communication from start to finish! We highly recommend them to others in the metro area!!

Great experience with the project from start to finish. Mark did a great job explaining the process to fix my water issues in my basement. The crew carried buckets of broken concrete up stairs and did a nice job of cleanup. I recommend this company highly for water issues in your basement.
