The behavior of their staff is unprofessional. They attempt to present themselves as a luxury computer shop but offer outdated computer courses taught by the owner. Here are some observations about this shop: The staff, including the owner, display rude behavior. They might tell you to leave even if you are just checking a laptop. They are rude to everyone, including women. They consider themselves experts, which is laughable. They sell repaired laptops that shut down under load. They scam customers by overcharging. Their after-sales service is non-existent. You have better options than dealing with these rude individuals. Head to Uni Chowk, where there are plenty of laptop shops.

Don't recommend: 1. I buy a laptop, which was overprice and internal parts of the laptop were not original. 2. After some time I gave my laptop for service, they broke laptop keyboard pad, and some keyboard keyboard were not working. if you want to waste money, then visit

Worst behaviour and totally unethical attitude of workers at grace computors. They are charging maximum rates with total pathetic customer service.
