I have a new build in Vine Grove. I had been told by another company that installed the first windows that the litteral curvature on of the window frames, condensation on the inside, mold, warped window sills were all normal and I was crazy and just need to clean better. My builder's GC agreed they needed replaced, so we reached out to Glasshoppers. Amazing job. The windows are flush to the (bad) framing and triple sealed, nothing leaks, there's been NO condensation inside, and happy accident got gridless windows and that's really nice! I wish I had taken pictures - that triple sealing really makes a difference. Gary worked with our price limit, scheduling, and all my questions. The four men who installed were also super sweet! 10 stars if I could!
