Jeff is Amazing! He helped me and repaired my iMac. He is courteous, Professional, timely to a fault, as well as considerate of your time. My iMac was not working. iMac/iOS: Jeff shows up on time, is super efficient and very knowledgeable about iMac and iOS. He transferred the entire contents and profiles for two iMacs, cleaned out and reset two older iMacs, decluttered the computers as he went along, checked the settings on all the family iPhones and iPads, and backed up hundreds of GB of everyone's pictures and videos to an external SSD drive for safe keeping. I will definitely call him again for my next home tech project. Thanks Jeff!

I am a computer-savvy very senior citizen. However, after a Windows 11 upgrade my computer ran like a tank and what to do about it was way beyond my current brainwaves. I luckily found Jeff Powell at Gig-IT. He evaluated my situation, gave me upgrade and new machine quotes. Went with the upgrade which was done quickly. He answered every question I had easily and clearly. He kept me informed every step of the way. He is knowledgeable, personable, and (important to me) has a good sense of humor.
