This company does great work at a reasonable price. Last year I had bats in my attic. Genuine Pest Control sealed various areas around my house to keep the bats out, and cleaned the attic as well. Today I found a bat inside…they checked the entire house again and sealed one small space where the bat might have entered the house. They also took the bat off the top of shade so I could send it for rabies testing.

David was knowledgeable and communicated well. Good experience on the installation. Final outcome to be determined in quest to keep woodpeckers away. Price seemed a little high, but upon further questioning they appear willing to make a great experience without adding on additional costs. Adding up hours worked and likely costs and profit margins seem reasonable relative to what other residential service companies are trying to achieve in this inflationary regime.
