Bought a vape and realized that it was already burnt tasting as soon as I took the first hit. Called them they said to bring it back so I went back n said that the coil was already burnt they tried to convince me it was just the “flavor” which I told him I knew it wasn’t because I’ve had the same brand and flavor and never had it taste burnt so I wanted a replacement and gave them mine with all the packaging and he said it’d have to be the same flavor fine I said can I try it first he said yes so I tried the replacement and it’s the same thing burnt tasting. Refused to let me get a different one even though I told him that whole box was prolly defective because I’ve never had that issue with this brand. $30 for something that’s not right is 🗑️
