Our experience at Gem Boutique was amazing from start to finish. We went in just to get an idea of what we could do because I’ve always wanted a non traditional ring. Jin Jou was extremely knowledgeable and had many options on hand for us to choose from and we left that day feeling confident and excited about the ring we designed together! Many months later, my now fiancé proposed and we both couldn’t be happier with the outcome! We highly recommend Gem Boutique and their services!

Brought my engagement ring here to get it resized about 2 sizes smaller, I was under a time crunch between Christmas and New Years. Despite it being the holiday season, they were able to resize my ring same day, and not only that, but it was finished in an hour! Amazing service, very reasonable prices, welcoming staff, and I especially appreciated the extra care tips I was given at the end. Will definitely be returning here for maintaining my jewelry.

They were very helpful and personable throughout the entire process, and went above and beyond what you would expect. They offered free resizing since I wasn't sure about my girlfriend's ring size. They also provide regular cleanings and servicings of the ring without any extra warranty or service plan. For anyone looking for an engagement ring, I am very happy that I went here.
