Thank you, Angelica and staff for helping turn a 90+ year old family heirloom into my beautiful engagement ring. From the first interaction the I knew this was the best place to design my ring, the customer service was unmatched and I’m so happy with my ring.

The Jewelers Bench is by far the most amazing place to work with when wanting to purchase a piece of jewelry. The people there work to ensure that whatever the reason, whatever the motivation, whatever the budget they can find a way to make those special moments in life perfect. I have been shopping there for almost 30 years and can say they have always treated me the same regardless of my budget when I was a grocery store clerk to now leading a strategic business at the biggest technology company in the world. They are quite simply the best!

The Jeweler’s Bench is a must for any custom pieces. I have taken a number of things to them for customization, and have always been blown away. Most recently I brought them my grandmother’s 3 stone diamond ring to be reset for my engagement ring, and I seriously could not be more pleased. Working with Lucretia on every detail, including more than 50 back and forth emails, was such a pleasure and the ring is more than I could have imagined! Thank you, Jeweler’s bench!
