Doug has been my go to guy for 5-6 years since Vizio sent him out to repair on of my huge flat screens. He couldn’t have been a nicer more knowledgeable old school guy. Since our first meeting he’s done several repairs/rebuilds for me including the total rebuilds on my vintage Cerwin Vega D-3’s (10”) and my massive D-9’s (15”) that are at least 40 years old and now sound better than ever if that’s possible. I’m pretty sure there’s not many Doug Garretts left!
I've had Doug out to my house for television repairs on more than one occasion, and he has been friendly, courteous, knowledgable and professional. Great personality, felt very comfortable with him. I've also called him on more than one occasion for advice about issues with electronics, and he was friendly and helpful. I trust him and would recommend him to anyone.
Doug is someone who will not let a problem defeat him. I had an old amplifier repaired that was a very complex job. It took a while but worth it. Super guy and honest.
