Ali was amazing. He went over and beyond figuring out what was wrong with my daughter's phone, even staying over an hour past closing because we lived out of town. He is very good at what he does and more than fair with pricing. I highly recommend.

Terrible service. Do not go here. I paid $184 for a new LCD screen on my iPhone 14 Pro after water damage destroyed my screen. I understood I was picking the cheapest option and I was told the screen would have drawbacks, like increased heat and decreased battery life. Both of which I was fine with. I just wanted to get it working so I could at least sell it, which he understood. I came in during the evening time. I’m from Houston so I had to have it fixed for the long drive home. WITHIN THE FIRET HOUR after I left the store my screen blacked out, and stopped responding. It came back after 10-15 minutes but would happen again and again. And now still, one month later, multiple times a day for 15-45 minutes my screen just stops working, goes black, and stops responding. Totally freezes and makes my phone inoperable. I know I picked the cheapest aftermarket option, but in his list of pros and cons he never said it would just blackout and stop working, or even mentioned any reliability issues. This screen was installed incorrectly during the last couple hours he was open. TOTAL WASTE OF $184 and I can’t even sell it now because it doesn’t work. Take your business elsewhere. It took me 30 minutes just to write this review because the screen just blacks out.
