Finally! A local, friendly and HIP place to get services for our devices! Thank you guys for being a positive, local (now rare) resource for us in St Pete. Walking distance from all the things downtown, the heart of remote-work culture. Learned about them via Word-of-Mouth (best way). Now they are a go-to!! ✌️✌️

My phone's USB plug was loose and not charging well. I though it'd to be replaced, which would cost $100. They cleaned inside the plug, it feels like new and cost a fraction. Friendly and honest service. Recommended.

This was my first visit to Gadget Fix. When I walked in I could see that the clerk was a young male. This gave me hope that he would be knowledgeable and capable of doing the job. The Technician that helped me was Jake, and he appear to be have some technical knowledge and was helpful. Unfortunately, my IPad was an outdated model, and it wouldn't have been worth the expense to fix it. So, I gifted it to the store, and purchased a used one. I'm hopeful that I will be able to get good results and service from it. I was informed that I had a 6-month guarantee on it.I intend to hold them to this promise and go back if something does happen with the hopes that it can be fixed without being too costly. . Overall, I thought the visit went well, and the Technician(s) were helpful.
