Fuchsia Kitchen

Very tasty food. We ordered a couple of things...the sushi (but with chicken in it), the fried tofu and teppenyaki chicken...each dish tasted unique and that in itself is a good thing. For dessert we went with the crispy fried chocolate filled rolls with Japanese green tea ice-cream. Epic finish!

Good presentation of the food with good taste. We ordered Sushi boat, dynamite prawns, Salmon, live beef and prawns Teppanyaki and Wagyu strak. We reserved the live cooking table. It's private and secluded, only downside is that you are sitting around the live cooking kitchen which makes you a bit far from your colleagues and makes the conversation a bit difficult. The total bill came out be around 95 k in which 35 k was the cost of the steak. Even we take out the steak, the total cost tuned out to be 8 K per person which is on the higher side. If we add steak then it was around 12 k per person. Only disappointment was the Wagyu steak. Mostly like others, the steak was not Wagyu but sold as Wagyu. This is common in almost all of Lahore restaurants which is very frustrating. They charged 35 k for the steak and one expects it to be original. On top, it was not cooked as a steak should be. No sense of doneness, cooked at the same level whatever your liking maybe. They add spices on steak rather than marination. My advice would be to order the things Fuchsia is famous for rather than ordering continental food etc.

Fuchsia Kitchen is a fine dining restaurant in Gulburg lll Lahore. One of the elite restaurants of Lahore. Fuchsia kitchen is known as one of the best Asian Fusion Restaurants in Lahore. I have visited the restaurant a couple of times before and the experience was quite good. This time we were having the same expectations. We went there and for starters we ordered the Dynamite pawns. We were very disappointed when the prawns were served. Prawns were very hard and we couldn't even chew it. All hopes were now on the main course. We ordered Mongolian beef, Kung Pao, Dry chicken and chillies, Sichuan chicken and fried rice. Mongolian beef was on top and the taste was perfect. Dry chicken and chillies were not dry there was gravy in dry chicken and the taste was average. Kung Pao and Sichuan chicken were just ok. We were really disappointed this time they have decreased the taste and quality of food. They need to work hard to meet the expectations. This time experience was 6/10.

I visited Fuchsia Kitchen yesterday with my friend and our kids, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. We began with the crunchy maki sushi, which was fresh, perfectly rolled, and bursting with flavor. For the mains, we ordered Pad Thai noodles and sticky rice both were outstanding. The Pad Thai had that authentic, balanced flavor you’d expect from a classic Thai dish, and the sticky rice was cooked to perfection. We also tried the crispy beef and the Thai red curry. The red curry was phenomenal, rich, aromatic, and layered with flavor! It instantly transported me back to my time living in Dubai. The crispy beef was equally impressive, so delicious that I found myself going back for more even after I was full. To top it all off, we ended with their pina colada, which was simply exquisite smooth, refreshing, and packed with tropical flavor. Overall, it was a truly memorable dining experience. The food was exceptional from start to finish, and I’m already looking forward to come back here again!
