Fort Restaurant

The hotel sheets were not clean, even plates in which raita served was extremely dirty and salad plates were also dirty with black spots. The hotel failed to sustain good sitting area. Ac was not working so suffocating till we be there and waiters are not responding. I don't know why fort is losing its good level. Never recommend to done in in family hall.

It was the worst experience I ever had, mosquitoes, bad taste, Manchurian looked and tasted like soup, high prices and above all the worst Customer Service. I ordered half kg Handi, the manager specifically asked if I wanted half kg and I said yes! They put a full kg in our bill, when I was about to pay, the manager himself was disrespectful, saying I'm the one mistaken, I demanded that they show me the paper on which they noted my order and I will not accept lies, and of course they said it was Lost. They are just ignorant, arrogant and bad at everything they do!

I visited Fort Restaurant last night. The place looks good, and the ambiance is nice, but the service was very poor. The food quality was okay, not say a supper . However, there was a major issue with the payment process. They have a card machine, but it wasn’t working, and they don’t offer multiple payment options. I would not recommend this restaurant, especially for overseas visitors. Don’t be misled by the restaurant’s appearance — be prepared for payment problems

We were a total of 10 people and put stopped over Fort restaurant Khanewal. The stay was worth it. We ordered Barbeque, Chicken Fried rice, Chicken White mutton etc. Everything was cooked very very nicely. The quantity and quality were excellent. Service level of the restaurant was also very good. Ample parking. Very nicely maintained mosque where ablution place is also. Over all a very good experience
