Service was prompt. Food was good. Four of us were in our party, so we had four meals and three appetizers. All were pleasing.Service was efficient. Needs were met, but servers did not spend much time chatting at-table. That is not a complaint, only Info.We would readily eat here again.
I ordered the Grandma BBQPk Toss Noodle and it was delicious. The only downside? Parking is terrible. Even for a quick pickup, the lot is a nightmare. Come for the food, but be prepared to hunt for a spot! For that reason giving a 4 star
The Highs: The Curry Chicken Tossed Noodles were pretty good. The chicken was tender and flavorful. The curry was more on the savory side and not too spicy. The fried egg on top was cooked throughout which was nice because I don't like runny eggs. I'd give it a 7/10.The Lows: I ordered the food to go and was given an estimate for when it would be ready. When I arrived I was told they were still working on it. About 25 minutes later I finally received my food. Worst part is that my food was sitting their for a good 10 minutes before the person finally realized it was there. The chicken fried rice was a little dry. Nothing too special. Maybe if they included a sauce or something to add to it? 5/10.The In Between: When you walk into the restaurant, it's not the most welcoming experience but maybe it's because they were busy. It didn't look very busy but maybe someone called out in the kitchen. Overall it's a nice looking restaurant. I'm not sure i'd come back. One tip, if you're running behind on to go orders, consider offering people some water while they wait. I would've appreciated that.
Today is my first time to try this noodle restaurant. I think it is the best beef noodle in Atlanta. The service is very good. The price is reasonable. I will come back again.
We were so excited to try Food terminal at Sandy Springs that my coworker recommended. The menu looked great. We had to wait almost 10 min for us to be seated on a weekday afternoon with 80% of the tables being empty. The servers kept looking at us standing there, but no one cared to greet or say something. We kept looking at different waiters, but none of them seemed to care. Finally, I called the waiter at the bar and asked her where we can sit. The racism was showing on their face.Once seated, the waiter who came to our table showed no interest, whatsoever! For placing a drink order, we had to call her. For placing a food order, we had to call her. The tofu curry tossed noodles came with a ton of noodles underneath tofu with no flavor at all. She said the noodles were tossed in soy sauce. There was not a hint of soy sauce flavor. It felt like they had just drained the noodles in water and placed it in the bowl. The other noodles with mushrooms had barely any mushrooms, undercooked flat noodles, and a ton of lettuce underneath. There was barely any flavor. We had to go to the bar counter to ask spicy sauce, chilli oil, salt, etc.,.. not once did our waiter come to ask if we needed anything. We had to take the check to the bar counter to pay.The customer service was pathetic, food was below average, presentation of the food and atmosphere was good.I dont think we will be returning again as we are so disappointed.
