I had a great experience with Five Star Plumbing & Lowes performing a natural gas hot water heater installation. They provided a time window from 1230 to 430 pm and arrived within that timeframe. Trey, the experienced technician/plumber & his worker/plumber were professional and took time to explain what needed to be done. They answered all my questions. Their quote was more detailed than others. The job was completed efficiently and I felt confident in the quality of the work. The job took 1 1/2 hrs, they were able to leave the old hot water heater at our request because it was still dropping drops of rusty water. They will pick it up in a few weeks as arranged. The AO Smith natural gas hot water heater job cost about $2000 installed. It was more reasonably priced than others. I would definitely recommend them.
