Dan was extremely responsive, professional and capable to do the repairs that were needed. he listened to my needs and I didn't feel pressured to just buy a new computer. He was able to repair my equipment and was very reasonably priced. I am so glad I found my computer company.

It took 5 years to find quality IT support in Tucson, who was as patient, knowledgeable, professional, responsive, honest, and as respectful as the Colorado company I had to leave behind upon relocating. Not only does he listen, but he hears what is being said, even if the problem is not articulated well and communicates appropriately to help troubleshoot. Dan worked directly with my tech in CO to ensure my custom-built system (and a laptop) wouldn't fail and that he understood the inner workings well. After about 2-3 visits, I converted all my tech support to Dan, so my tech support could be local. I tried working with 4 other companies, which were epic fails. (Can't be without a computer, as it's a major component in my biz.) He's been an absolute pleasure to work with, which I do fairly often. I love that he can remote in most of the time to solve issue.
