5 stars (again)!!! I have to add to my original review because Google will not allow me to add a second review. For the second service I had a new stainless steel liner replacement for the chimney and furnace and water heater that also vents to the chimney as well. From scheduling with Mary, who is always an absolute delight to Jerry, Ty, Pat and Jackson who were here for 2 days doing a total overhaul of the fireplace/chimney I couldn't be more pleased. They always answered questions throughout the day and the left the house spotless afterwards. Do not hesitate to call when you need anything for your fireplace. Requested an inspection on my fireplace. Mary was able to get me on the schedule with in a week. On the day of my appointment, Pat called and was able to come earlier than scheduled, which worked out perfectly for me. He was very kind and explained the process for the inspection. He also explained options I had moving forward with changing out components of my fireplace. Everything was cleaned and left in perfect condition. I will definitely be doing business with Fireplace Professionals in the future.

We had an old rusted, non-functioning fireplace. AJ did a great job installing an electric fireplace and a new mantel! The whole team was very professional. And they were able to squeeze us in so now we can be ready for Christmas!

Company representatives communicated well after the appointment was set up. Pat, the technician who serviced and cleaned our gas fireplace was very courteous and professional and explained what he was doing and why. We would definitely use Fireplace Pros again.

Had a very good experience with Fireplace Pros. The tech arrived a little early. He removed his shoes and used a drop cloth to protect my rug. Even though my gas fireplace is 20 years old, he cleaned it, told me everything was working properly and did not try to sell me anything that I didn’t need. I will use them again and recommend them to family and friends.
