Fifth Avenue Pizza - Bahawalnagar

The food was good, but the behavior of the staff was completely unacceptable. They were unable to deal with customers properly, especially during busy hours. Orders were mixed up, and service was disorganized. We received a cold pizza and had to wait a long time for the cold drinks afterward. We have visited this branch around four to five times, but not once have they served our order correctly, despite repeatedly pointing it out to them. Your staff urgently needs counseling on how to behave and deal with customers properly.

Taste good but hygiene requires found hair in stuff chicken 😕😕

I've ordered pizza from Fifth Avenue many times, such as Chicken Fajita, Malai Boti, Crown Crust, etc. They use very little and low-quality cheese, and all the other ingredients are cheap and minimal. For example, with a large pizza, they only provide 6 ketchup sachets and 2 tissues — shame on you, Fifth Avenue. Italian Pizza is much better than this.

I had a very unpleasant experience at Fifth Avenue today. I ordered a pizza, and to my shock, I found a hair in it. This is absolutely unacceptable and shows a clear lack of hygiene in their kitchen. On top of that, the staff was rude and careless — zero sense of customer service. Instead of apologizing or handling the situation professionally, they were completely indifferent. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are many better and cleaner options available. Fifth Avenue seriously needs to improve its hygiene standards and train its staff properly. I ate burger today, but their pizza is better than their burger.overall environment is pleasant.
