Aaron C. From Felts came out today to install all new hardware for our house today. He was courteous and professional and explained everything thoroughly. He cleaned up after himself and was very friendly. I would recommend Felts for all your lock needs. Quality work, quality hardware.

I was in a bind for a commercial building lockout. I called 5 difference companies and Felts were the only ones to answer on the first call. Dispatcher was helpful. Aaron the technician not only solved the problem but provided some of the best field/customer service & professionalism I've ever experienced. On top of this extremely affordable. Top notch company!

Needed a lock fixed so we could open our pool and made an appointment for Friday so we could use the pool on weekend. They called to confirm the morning of appointment and I called later in the afternoon too. She said we were next. So then I called back and she said they were not coming at all. Horrible customer service. Had we known earlier in the day we could have called someone else. If you don’t want to do the job then don’t set the appointment. Will Never call or depend upon your company for anything. If you need locksmith call noble locksmith. He is dependable.

Very helpful, very quick. They have always been able to duplicate keys that Lowe's and Home Depot cannot! Price is good, I had 4 small keys made for $12.31.

I can’t say enough good about the service. I lost my motorcycle keys at a store and Felts was able to make another set in less than a day. The bike is 20 years old but it was no problem for Felts. I’m very thankful and satisfied. You guys saved the day. And friendly service to boot. Thank you. John
