went there yesterday...thought i had a nail in my tire, guy lifts car up and down, says no nail and charges me damn near $15 🤣 was supose to come back for an oil change but not after chargeing me to do nothing

I can’t say enough good things about Fawzi’s Auto Repair. I brought my 2015 Hyundai Sonata to them after experiencing intermittent brake assist failure and severe loss of engine power. This was an extremely concerning safety issue, and I had already taken the vehicle elsewhere where the root cause was not properly identified. Fawzi took the time to carefully evaluate the vehicle, listen to my description of the symptoms, and perform a proper diagnosis instead of jumping to conclusions or recommending unrelated repairs. He correctly identified the issue as a malfunctioning VVT solenoid, which was affecting engine timing and causing intermittent vacuum instability that impacted brake assist. What impressed me most was his honesty, technical knowledge, and methodical approach. He focused on finding the actual cause of the problem rather than recommending unnecessary work. Once repaired, the vehicle runs and brakes exactly as it should. It’s clear he genuinely cares about diagnosing problems correctly and ensuring the vehicle is safe. I have been going to Fawzi’s auto repair for years. Fawzi always gets the job done right the first time, every time. He’s a very experienced technician. I went in for a hood latch fix and to look at the rear suspension as it was riding tough over bumps and a humming noise. He pointed out a couple things my car needed which was a new hub bearing and rear brake pads. My car rides 100 percent better. He treats your car as if it were his own. I highly recommend.

I have been going to Fawzi’s for about 5 years whenever I have any problems with my car. I LOVE that I can just show up there and they will accommodate me. I have recommended them to all my family and friends and will continue doing so. For example i showed up today with a vey flat tire and I thought it was a nail in the tire it actually was the broken valve on my tire and they fixed it for me in less than half hour. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Fawzi’s wife whom I didn’t know until after I was there for a little while but I was so distraught she came over to me and gave me such a big hug which to me meant the world. She was comforting me because I was so nervous about not knowing what was happening with my car and how much I would have to spend at such a stressful time of the year.
