They did a great job installing RAM on my Acer Nitro V15 gaming laptop last week! The employees were super friendly, the place was clean, and they got it done really fast – within two hours of dropping it off. It runs much better now with the extra RAM. I greatly appreciate it.

I stopped in today with a Facebook app problem on my cell phone. I had been unable to change my password after several attempts. Staff member, Will, listened patiently and respectfully to my problem and then walked me through resolving the issue. He is definitely a people person and very knowledgeable of what he does.
