We had mini splits installed, looks and works great. Me and my wife very happy with the units. Cameron and Dylan and the rest of the team are excellent. Very professional, work performed on time, Cameron was awesome explaining how the units work and answered all my questions and concerns. If your looking for a cooling and heating company, call them.

Noah and Ray came to our home to replace the coils in our air handler units. They arrived exactly when they said, they worked diligently throughout the day and were a pleasure to deal with. They explained everything very carefully through the course of the day as to how they were making progress and what to expect. Both of our systems are now back up and running keeping our home comfortable. They cleaned everything up when they were done for the day and followed up with us to make sure, that we were all set. They were very polite, even spent a few minutes keeping our dog happy, (our pup loves visitors!). They are a credit to Family HVAC as are their other technicians who have visited our home over the years. We are very happy with using Family HVAC and will continue to use them in the future!

Nate Noah and Jeff - what a great team of professionals. They installed 2 LG splits. Their work was done in a timely manner always stopping to answer our questions and explaining everything thoroughly. They arrived on time and clean up was done like they were never here. We appreciated their work and knowledge of their service.
