Serena Hotel is excellent and the hospitality is great.. Muzammil duty manager was very helpful and friendly he is very kind n cooperative and attentive towards me and it was a great experience there ..Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where i had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Slept like a baby 🥰I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Special thanks to the muzzamil duty manager who was very cooperative n helpful 🙏😇
