I recently had the opportunity to travel in Faisal Movers Multan’s business class, and honestly, it turned out to be an exceptional experience. From arrival to departure, everything was seamless, comfortable, and impressively well-arranged. The lounge was tidy and spacious, providing a peaceful space to unwind before the trip. The seating was cozy and elegant, with plenty of charging outlets, free Wi-Fi, and light refreshments. The staff were polite, well-trained, and attentive, ensuring every passenger was looked after with great care — giving the whole experience a touch of class. Boarding was organized and quick, and the bus itself was immaculate and very relaxing. The business class seats offered ample legroom, soft cushioning, and a calm, quiet environment that made the journey truly enjoyable.

Good place. There are some clean shops and juice corner. But oh boy the smell due to overcrowding and generally of buses is horrible. Overall clean place and good place for waiting

One of the Best and most beautiful Bus Terminal i have ever seen. Serving a great customer experience. My bus was on time almost 95% of the time. Sometimes things get late even the flights gets delayed its not an issue we should also do compromise sometimes. The staff was very polite. The customer care guy was very Co-Operative. I asked the guard i want to take pictures of first class lounge he(the guard refused and said take permission ) the customer care guy gave me the permission and helped me alot so Thanks to him. Been at this terminal many times reviewing it almost after travelling almost 10 to 12 times. My only advice is to upgrade the praying mats in the Mosque every other thing is Top Notch.❣️
