I needed a data transfer from my old to new MacBook and a complete wipe/reset of the old so I could pass it onto my son. Could I have done it myself? Probably not since I'm technologically challenged. Dropped them off in the morning and picked up in the afternoon. Kody was extremely helpful (and patient) as he walked me through set up to make sure everything was good. Would highly recommend.
