im just relieved they repair birkenstocks because the company doesnt anymore. my sandals came back better than new. as you can see the rubber is literally twice as thick as the pair i got new last year. the cork is also deeper. they cleaned the suede too. I hope they continue doing this forever. side note make sure you know if you need narrow or wide before going in.
I had my motorcycle boots resoled. The shop was courteous, reasonably priced, completed the work earlier then expected, and a pleasure to work with. That said, the craftsmanship is also excellent and they even threw in a shine. Thank you very much!
These people will rip you off, lie, and steal parts of your luxurious items shamelessly. Brough my vintage Chanel bag to repair a tear at one of the straps. The man convinced me that the repair would look more professional if both straps were completely replaced and that they'd look like the original ones. I said I'd only accept that if my original straps were saved and returned back to me. The man assured to me that he would save my original Chanel straps and return them to me. I was charged $200 for the job. New straps were made of thin cheap low quality leather that is not even close to the looks of the original ones. On top of it, of course, he played dumb and said the original straps were thrown away while they repaired the bag. Original straps were intact, with only a tear at one of them and could be certainly used to repair another bag. I wonder if that is the reason I got them stolen.
