Excelsior appliance has been our go-to repair shop for years. This last visit met and exceeded my expectations. First, I was offered a cancelation appointment four days before my scheduled appointment. Secondly, Wyatt was able to fix the microwave door without resorting to a very expensive option. I appreciated his engineering and his creativity and it is working perfectly. I highly recommend this business.

I purchased a washer here this morning and as with my previous experiences, I was treated to world class old-fashioned small town customer service. Even though I live close, I would drive from anywhere to shop from Excelsior appliance. In addition to the outstanding customer service, their pricing is more than competitive. There is no way I will ever purchase appliances from a big box store again. I cannot recommend them enough, and I would say before you buy an appliance ,check them out! Today it was Mallory, who waited on me and went above and beyond making sure I made the right decision.

my dual fuel Range stopped working on Fourth of July! I called excelsior Appliance and they made arrangements to come fix it quickly. It was a complicated situation, but Ryan knew what to do! It was not an easy fix, but they fixed it quickly and had a wonderfully fair price.. honest, hard-working people! I have them on speed dial👍

Ryan and his team of appliance techs came through for us in fixing a 25 yr old Subzero fridge and freezer along with a competitive price on replacing an even older Frigidaire frig/freezer in the basement; was a tricky removal of old and insert of new yet his team of professionals treated my hallways and door frames as their own! Completely different experience than the BIG BOX stores. For all the benefits of small town service and sales, this place remains legit and happy to support
