Worst Experience Ever – Terrible Service and Unprofessional Staff! I had the absolute worst experience with Evention Marquee. From the very beginning, their service was a disaster. The marquee setup was horribly delayed, leaving us scrambling last minute. Not only did they fail to meet any of the agreed-upon timelines, but their communication was appalling. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I received no response for hours, and when they did reply, it was far from helpful. The worst part was the behavior of their staff. They were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. It felt like they couldn’t care less about the success of our event. There was no sense of urgency, and they seemed totally indifferent to the chaos they caused. The quality of the marquee was subpar, with multiple issues that were ignored despite promises to resolve them. I strongly advise against hiring Evention Marquee. They ruined our event and displayed an utter lack of professionalism. I would never use their services again, and I would recommend finding a more reliable and respectful company.
