Eries Heating & Cooling LLC, I was lucky to find such a competent and professional craftsman. He literally went over and above the expectations I had for a small private company. I never believed how great a service and the quality of his work would be. Eric is a man of his word and absolutely no B.S. And another impressive attribute he has which is so cool, he brought his son with him. He's passing his trade and skills to the next generation, he was a very nice young man and I believe he will follow in his father's footsteps and be quite successful. Thank you for your dedication to finding the solution to my problems. After all, the weather could have been so much worse, and I appreciate you. Oh yes,he is very competitive with his prices, I will always recommend him and will use his incredible talent if ever I need to.

I can’t recommend Erie's Heating and Cooling LLC enough. I’ve been putting off replacing my AC, and during a 90°+ heatwave, my unit froze up. He came within an hour, added freon, and returned the next day when it started freezing up again—spending almost 2 hours troubleshooting everything in brutal heat. He was honest about what would and wouldn’t work, and ultimately didn’t charge me a dime because he wasn’t able to resolve it. That kind of integrity is rare. He’s professional, responsive, kind, and truly wants to help. If you need honest HVAC service in St. Louis, he’s your guy.
