Ed was AMAZING!!! Evidently, I clicked on something that I shouldn't have and caused chaos. Ed got everything under control quickly.

The person who helped me last night was so kind. We were at the point where he was advising me to wait until I was back at my desktop to figure out why the connection between office and home (laptop) wasn't working. However, I had a big project due and he clearly took pity on me when I was expressing my dejection (not at him, just at life). He went the extra mile and connected to my desk computer to work on that one as well as the home laptop and was able to solve my problem. Dynamic Edge's service is always extremely prompt, thorough, and expert, but last night was above the usual high bar!
