Absolutely no one answers any of the numbers. you can try all day no one answers. there is no helpline. no customer care. no efficient delivery service. just haphazard grocery stores trying to seem like a franchise

I called them to ask if they had a very specific item I needed urgently. They checked and said that they had it. When I got there, they said that not only don't they not have it, the item is never stocked. I expect much, much better from the pharmacy chain that sets the standards in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
