Very bad experience Staff have offers on for shoes on display but when you walk in they cha ge prices And once you have purchased they laugh at you as if head office won't do anything about it they basically run the shop with absolutely no experience at all The managers and staff are not trained to do there job and definitely do not have any customer service skills. When you tell them how to contact head office and they just laugh at you and say nobody can do anything haha. Bata is lowest rated in the country and i will definitely not recommend anyone going to this bata shop at all.

Extremely unprofessional, I bought 2 pair of shoes from a different outlet and went then to change the very next day they totally denied cannot be changed, not eveen color, cannot go for a different shoe, they sent ma back 3 times to the outlet from where I bought the shoe initially. BUT He was not accepting.After alot of hassle I called their office they called this specific branch near to chaman ice-cream then he with off face changed the shoe. I wasn't asking to change the article same article different color and a size down I took me from 5:35 pm to 11:15 pm to change the shoe. In the month of ramzan. They make their own rules. Highly non recommend outlet of bata. Will never shop from them again.
