If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The repair man came in, I told him that the air conditioner was running constantly, and we had replaced the thermostat but that did not seem to be the problem. He said the air seemed to be running fine and said he didn't know what he could do about it and left. Did literally nothing. Then I get a bill today for $89.00????? For nothing? I had to call another company and turns out we needed freon! The man from the other company took his time and even went through the programming of our new thermostat with me to make sure I had done it correctly. I will never call Dubois again, except to dispute the bill we received.

I was very impressed how quickly they were able to help my mom get a new AC unit ASAP. I told them the scenario that we don't want to spend a lot cuz my mom will only live in this house for a couple more years before she moves to town so they give us a great deal on something they had used and followed up and made sure everything worked. Very impressed with their customer service and their quick response and it would definitely recommend them to someone else

They installed my HVAC system originally and it has been very reliable. First repair needed on the air conditioner this summer they were very quick to get here and had it up and running very quickly. Technician was very professional, friendly, and knew exactly what he was doing. Thank you!!!
