We recently had Door Store and Windows in Louisville replace our old front door setup — one door with two sidelites — and upgrade it to beautiful double doors. And wow… what a difference! From the very beginning, the team was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They walked us through design options, helped us think through what would look best with our house, and never made us feel rushed. The installation crew was just as impressive: punctual, professional, and clearly skilled at what they do. They treated our home with care and left everything spotless when they were done. The finished product is stunning. The new double doors completely transformed the front of our home and added so much character. You can tell the quality is top-notch, and the craftsmanship shows in every detail. If you’re thinking about new doors or windows, I can’t recommend Door Store and Windows enough. They’re the kind of company that makes the whole process feel easy — and leaves you thrilled with the result.

The room feels brighter, the view is wide open, and you can actually feel the difference – even in the cold weather our room is finally warm. It’s one of those upgrades you notice every single day. She was knowledgeable and made helpful recommendations. The company kept us informed of expected arrival dates and set up a 3 day installation. The installation crew was respectful of our home, putting down floor coverings and plastic to keep dust from spreading. They were efficient, professional and did excellent work in very cold weather. Our new windows enhance the look of our home and we are pleased with the quality and ease of use.
