Do It Yourself Pest Control Store

We have had a horrible drain fly problem since the weather turned hot. We tried to fix it ourselves with the little red apples, then tried a renowned professional pest control firm, and finally contacted The Do It Yourself Pest Control store in Anderson, SC. He said, absolutely use 'Gentrol Complete'. He gave us full instructions and made sure that we understood them. He also recommended other products for other pests, like mosquitos, and we will definitely be back for those, because 24 hours later... No More Drain Flys! I'm bad with names, but Thank You Sir!!! You have won a customer!!!

Kevin was a very patient. i came into the store from a friend telling about it. Kevin was very helpful and i didn't know what to get and Kevin really helpful and knew what he was talking about it. Helped me get rid of my bed bug and i'm still work at my spider problem but i will always use this store. I will always came back to this store. best customer service

Any time I have a pest issue this is my go-to place! Kevin is awesome at explaining what I need to purchase and how to use it. However, this most recent visit told me all I need to know about the character of Kevin and this business. I came in with a new-to-me problem and when he explained to me what product I needed, it was one I already had on-hand from a previous visit. He then explained to me how to use it for my new-to-me problem and sent me out without any additional product. Most businesses would have still tried to sell you something that you may or may not have needed. I also REALLY appreciated him listening to me about the fact that I didn't feel comfortable placing the chemical on surfaces in my kitchen, and he gave me a WONDERFUL way to work around that. The ants were gone within 24 hours!
