Excellent service amazing guy. I thought my phone was not charging but it turned out I had a damaged charging cable. He explained to the situation and returned my phone free of cost.

After being without a phone for a week and looking for a nearby phone fixer with reasonable prices, I stumbled upon DigitalProFix and their services were exactly what I needed! I only waited for about 25 mins in the front of the store, and the owner and his som were more than efficient with communication as well. Highly recommend for the Hartford area.

I bought iPhone Pro Max 12 Pro Max from them and come to find out I bought in February at the end of February 20 at last week. All of a sudden it kept shutting off the week before it kept shutting off week before that is shut off. I let the guy know a month after I got it it shut off he told me oh just let it die and it’ll turn back on yeah I let it die and turn back on and then what I broke the screen and I go to get it fixed. Come to find out the battery he put in it was garbage so I had to spend $450 on it to get repaired because the screen had to be repaired which they told me was that cheap screen the freaking back had to be repaired and the battery and the battery was already leaking. No wonder my phone always had to be on the charger because it wasn’t read. It wasn’t always dying within 20 Minutes , this guy sold me a shotty phone and I have proof I have the battery. The guy gave me the battery. He told me to and I’m contacting my lawyer and I’m contacting the Better Business Bureau.
