Highly recommend! The spring broke on our garage so it wouldn’t open. Called Delta Door and it was fixed a week later. Joanne was very helpful when I called and the technician, David, was amazing as well. Great company.

I put my dog in the garage for the bitterly cold weather that we had. Well he chewed the wire that goes to the laser beam box at the bottom of the door. I called, and Joann was very professional answering the phone, and told me how to try and override it until they could get out and service it for me. She also talked me through how to manually open the door being a screw drive. I was paranoid to touch it, not knowing what I was doing, and being told stories on people losing fingers, I was very comfortable with her getting the serviceman to tell me how to do it. She was trying to save me money. But upon calling first I requested a morning appointment, so I could be here while they were working on it. He got here at 11. I was told between 9 and 11. She called me that morning and told me that I was the 3rd stop. About 45 minutes later, I had my garage door oiled, fixed, and he even put the cover back on the light for me. Will call again.

What a great experience! We bought our house a few years back and have been having trouble with our garage door. Finally fed up with dealing with it, I decided to call Delta Door for help. Not only were they able to come out same day they also fixed it that day. The service guy was professional and very polite. The service fee was more than fair and they even where able to provide me with a new remote for the garage. I would definitely recommend using Delta Door.

Great Service! After another company failed to notify me after 4 hours that they were unable to come out, one of Delta's supervisors stopped at my house on his way home for the weekend and fixed my door! Very nice individual and my garage door works again! Thanks Delta Door!

Homeowners Beware Getting the estimate was a breeze fast and smooth. Unfortunately that's where the easy ended, deposit was paid and install scheduled no one showed up on install day, called them was given the run around. Was told multiple irrelevant reasons why install was missed ( including that they pay their installers so little that they call off to work other jobs). Took speaking to the owner to get an install scheduled in a timely manner, then the day of the second install service tech claims they rang doorbell ( ring doorbell shows no activity) get voice-mail that install was canceled, call got a very rude person on the phone that refused to even give their name.
